How to Handle Returns and Refunds on RiceRadar

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Here’s how you can return items and process refunds easily:

Return Eligibility:

Before returning an item, ensure:

The return is initiated within the specified period, typically 14 days from receiving the order.
The item is in its original condition, including packaging and tags.

Initiating a Return:

Start a Return: Log into your RiceRadar account and go to 'My Orders'. Find the order and click 'Return Item'.
Select a Reason: Choose the reason for return from the list provided.
Print Shipping Label: Print the prepaid return label and attach it to the package.
Send the Package: Take the package to the specified drop-off location.

Refund Process:

After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund, usually within 5-7 business days, back to your original payment method.
